Rolls-Royce receives a file order for atomic submarine price £ ninth in Nice Britain

At least one nuclear submarine with a nuclear power is secretly patrol in the waters off the Great Britain. The submarine is driven by a nuclear reactor and can therefore be uncovered for over 20 years without refueling. Oh, and it is also armed with eight nuclear warheads – everyone is six times stronger than the atomic bomb thrown on Hiroshima.

Since 1969, the Royal Navy has kept at least one of these split-powered submarines in the water. The ships are the backbone of the British nuclear deterrence and send a huge warning to other nations that could come up with strange ideas.

Rolls-Royce announced today that it has secured a rich sum Treaty of £ 9 billion to maintain and modernize the navy submarine atom reactors. As part of the agreement, the British engineering office will also build reactors for the new class of nuclear submarines from the United Kingdom.

The Royal Navy submarine fleet consists of attack-U-boats (SSNS) of the Astute class and SSBNS (SSBNS) of the Vanguard class. The Astute class has nuclear power, but is conventionally armed. Six of seven planned ships are already ready for use. The marine finally plans to replace the Astutes with SSN-Aukus-U-boats, the result of a collaboration with the USA and Australia.

Meanwhile, the Vanguard class, which was first put into service in 1994, forms the backbone of the nuclear deterrence in Great Britain and bears Trident II D5 atomrakets. The Marine plans to replace the Vanguards in the early 2030s with SSBNS of the Dreadnough class.

The next big thing? Maybe you are …

The TNW Conference is here to support start-ups and scale-ups in becoming the next big thing. Be part of the trip.

As part of the so-called Unity Treaty, Rolls-Royce will design, manufacture and support the pressure water reactors (DWR) of the new submarines. These machines use uranium for heat generation and convert water into steam that drives a turbine to generate electricity. The steam then cools down and the process is repeated.

The Unity deal is The greatest order of the Ministry of Defense that Rolls-Royce has completed in its 121-year history. As expected, the British government celebrates the new contract as a victory for national security and the creation of jobs.

“National security is a basis for our government's change plan, and this is clear proof of our commitment to the nuclear deterrence of the United Kingdom, which is our ultimate insurance policy in a more dangerous world.” Said Defense Minister John Healey.

The contract is expected to Create more than 1,000 jobs in the United Kingdom and secure 4,000 other jobs.
