Flood disaster in Germany because of “unimaginable ignorance” attainable … “unbelievable scandal” – agree?

Climate alarmist media are waking up?
Germany’s climate alarmist media seem to be waking up a bit and are therefore not fully buying up the claims made by German leaders that the devastating floods were due to climate change. It is becoming increasingly clear that the human disaster was the result of an unimaginable government incompetence.
Although NTZ initially received some complaints for attributing the loss of life to “criminal negligence”, such complaints have not been received as it becomes clear why nearly 200 people lost their lives.
Disaster made possible by “unimaginable ignorance”
Today we see unusually sharp criticism of the federal government’s ineptitude in a number of media outlets. For example, “Welt” science editor Axel Bojanowski wrote in a comment that the flood disaster was made possible by “unimaginable ignorance”.
Bojanowski further comments:
Politicians, authorities and the media point to climate change as the cause of the flood disaster. But severe weather warnings were not taken seriously. And Civil protection in our country is at the level of a developing country.

At least 156 people died in heavy rain in Germany. Rain has always been to be expected in Germany and has only occurred occasionally in living memory. The same places that were devastated by floods this week were hit similarly in the past, as chronicles show. “

Claims that the weather disaster came unexpectedly and that there is no way to be prepared for it are no longer taken seriously and only confirm their historical ignorance.

The Ahr, the ground zero of last week’s flood disaster, is the northernmost tributary of the Rhine and has a length of 90 km and a catchment area of 900 square kilometers.
Deadly stupidity
As the chronicles show, there have been dozens of flood incidents and the authorities have apparently been in a coma behind the wheel.
For too many years an encrusted bureaucracy focused on protecting the climate and ignoring protection from the whims of the weather. Their strategy, incredible as it may sound, was to ensure good weather by reducing CO2 emissions. It’s so stupid.
The people who want us to believe that they can save the world climate couldn’t even handle a flood.
