The prosecutors accused the man who was accused of having taken a “U -Bahn” sandwich on a federal official in a street in Washington, DC, with a lawsuit about offense after not convincing a great jury to have charged him with charges for charges, as judicial acts.

The former Ministry of Justice Sean Charles Dunn is accused of having thrown the Sandwich on August 10 on a customs and border protection officer.

This official and other federal authorities were deployed by President Donald Trump to Washington to pass what the President claimed to be a faultless crime problem in the capital.

Dunn was fired by the Doj after his arrest.

Dunn’s case is the second in the last few days in which the US public prosecutor’s office for the District of Columbia was unable to convince a big jury to issue an indictment in a case with alleged attacks on federal officials.

It is extremely rare that DOJ prosecutors do not receive a requested indictment.
