Corrupt EPA Stacks CASAC Panels With Official Fellows; Chair is Prime Company Grant – Watts Up With That?

The EPA has appointed five agency grant recipients to the seven-seat Clean Air Scientific Advisory Board. CASAC will be chaired by Lianne Sheppard of the University of Washington, the top recipient of agency grants (over $ 65 million). In 2018, Sheppard sued the Trump administration after being banned from serving as the EPA’s independent science advisor for being an agency grant recipient.
The four agency grant recipients on the CASAC “independent” board of directors include: Michelle Bell ($ 29 million), James Boylan ($ 229,770), Judith Chow ($ 449,456), and Mark Frampton ($ 36+ million) -Dollar). The EPA completely ignored JunkScience.com’s recommendations and instead opted for a completely corrupt and stamping-out CASAC.
The EPA’s CASAC is now run by someone who is paid to do research for the EPA and then review and stamp the work of their and their colleagues (including EPA fellows).
No corruption here.
Go on.
Lead EPA Fellow Lianne Sheppard is now Chair of the CASAC Committee of External Advisors to EPA on Air Quality Science.
