We have to change to fight climate change

In the hope that it could be classified as Doomism to the utmost (yes, I read the counter arguments) I then saw the latest report that our planet continues to experience record-breaking temperatures, which brings us to the ballpark of at least a global one Temperature rise by three degrees instead of just the hoped-for degree.

Why wasn’t that on the front page instead of tennis? How many of these reports will our governments need to see before acting with the same urgency and intensity as they have on the coronavirus threat? Because it is far worse for all of us and is not something we can vaccinate against.

Humanity seems to be like a mistletoe on the planet that is in the process of suffocating the hostbut many of us just don’t want to believe it. I know I would rather not look at my children’s faces. It is because of these faces that I cannot afford to ignore it.

Coronavirus has shown us that we can all work together to change our lifestyle radically and quickly for the common good. We need to consider how we can prepare for a world that is regularly exposed to extreme weather conditions, unpredictable water and electricity supplies, food shortages and the unrest that comes with it.

I have to say, I have a hard time imagining, finding a common cause, and working with someone who thinks other people are parasites.
